Surface Treatment
The company's surface treatment workshop covers a production area of approximately 2,100 m². It has already put into operation four ultrasonic water-based cleaning lines (with six lines planned), three fully automated hydrocarbon cleaning lines, and one cleanroom packaging area for post-cleaning processes. Supporting facilities include a wastewater treatment station and a pure water preparation system. All environmental protection procedures and certifications are complete, and the management infrastructure is well-established. The workshop is capable of performing degreasing and decontamination surface treatment processes on standard-sized metal components.
