Mould Design And Manufacturing

Dust-free Injection Molding
The company has two 100,000-class dust-free injection molding workshops, covering both horizontal and vertical models, with machine tonnage ranging from 30T to 780T, which can meet the precision injection molding needs of conventional products to medical-grade products.
Stamping
The stamping and forming section is one of the earliest production and manufacturing sections established by the company. It has a profound accumulation of equipment, technology, and systems. The machine tonnage ranges from 25T to 400T, and it can efficiently produce various high-quality stamping and forming products.
Precision Machining
The company has more than 30 imported precision CNC machine tools of various types, including Swiss-type lathes, turning and milling composite machines, and CNC machining centers, which can meet the processing needs of various products.
Automated And Dust-free Assembly

From January to April, the total output of lithium batteries in China increased by 68% year-on-year.
The reporter recently learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that from January to April 2025, my country's lithium-ion battery (hereinafter referred to as "lithium battery") industry continued its growth trend. According to the information of enterprises in the lithium battery industry standard announcement and the calculation of the industry association, the total output of lithium batteries in the country exceeded 473GWh from January to April, a year-on-year increase of 68%.

In the first quarter of 2025, my country's battery and energy management industry chain achieved steady growth driven by multiple favorable factors.
